Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for supporting all business development needs including sales, marketing, business operations and project management.

This position requires the work ethic and innovation necessary to generate results autonomously and work effectively in a collaborative environment. The person must be detailed oriented with excellent verbal and written communications skill. An engaging personality that can strike and hold a conversation with strangers is a must-have skill for this position.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct phone calls to generate new leads and strengthen existing leads
  2. Present live product demos virtually and in person to influencers and decision makers
  3. Conduct web based research to identify Request for Proposals (RFP)
  4. Prepare and submit proposals for relevant RFPs
  5. Manage multiple projects in parallel
  6. Maintain prospective and current client database using CRM
  7. Create and distribute email newsletters and press releases
  8. Plan and lead trade shows, road shows and client meetings
  9. Develop and maintain all marketing collateral
  10. Develop and maintain a strong social media presence

Required Experience:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience performing above-mentioned responsibilities
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced growth company

Client Success Engineer

ProDIGIQ is looking for service-oriented Client Success Engineers who thrive on being at the intersection of product development and client engagement. This individual must be technically skilled and enjoy working directly with customers in order to meet their needs during ongoing projects and product implementations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Work on every aspect of product development and client engagement, and interface with all departments of the company
  2. Engage directly with clients to manage expectations, timelines, resolutions and customizations
  3. Manage ongoing projects and product implementations at any phase (post-sales to training and final product release)
  4. Gather and analyze information, evaluate impacts, resolve or escalate issues as needed
  5. Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions about ProDIGIQ solutions
  6. Be an independent contributor as well as a team player, depending on the project scope
  7. Participate in a flexible rotational on-call schedule
  8. Travel up to 15%

Required Skills:

  1. Must be extremely customer focused and service-oriented
  2. Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills – comfortable with clients
  3. Experienced in software development, databases, client engagement, and / or technical project management

Operations Specialist

The candidate for the Operations Specialist position will be responsible for supporting office operations processes. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to details, ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create and submit invoices to clients on a regular basis
  2. Manage receivables and payables
  3. Track and reconcile office expenses
  4. Maintain employee hours for payroll service provider
  5. Maintain business certificates, licenses and permits
  6. Establish client service agreements
  7. Manage employee travel and conference logistics needs

  1. Must be proficient with QuickBooks

Senior Software Engineer: Full-time

Our engineering team comprises of a small, yet growing group of fun, highly motivated software developers. We work on every aspect of product development from finalizing the scope of each client's needs to implementation, product release, training, and ongoing support. Everyday, we use things like Ruby on Rails, CSS, HTML, Javascript, Bash, JQuery, SVN, Bootstrap, and the list goes on. They are typical web technologies, but the applications we build for our clients are anything but typical. Delivering innovative, user friendly, and integrated solutions that take the complexity away from our aviation clients and help them make operations and safety decisions based on the real-time information is what we thrive on.

Key Qualifications:

  4. Knowledge of the usual suspects for web application (e.g. HTTP, SSL, JSON, REST)

Education:
