This privacy policy governs your use of the Airport Mobile Application (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by ProDIGIQ, Inc. The Application is the official source of real-time flight arrivals and departures, airline, parking, ground transportation and dining information
The Application does not obtain information from you when you download the Application. There is no registration required to use the Application. All information collected by the Application shall be stored solely on your mobile device.
When you visit the mobile application, the Application will use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the location of your vehicle within the vicinity of the airport. The Application will not share your current location with other users or partners. If you do not want the Application to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application onto your phone easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit or collect data from or market to children under the age of 13. In the event a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@prodigiq.com. We will delete such information, if any, from our files within a reasonable time. For avoidance of doubt, we do not collect your information.
Information about the location of your vehicle shall be stored locally on your phone and not on the developer’s servers or on any third-party server. Therefore, you agree and acknowledge that the security of this information shall be solely your responsibility.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
